Hirudin has gradually replaced the traditional anticoagulant in blood collection due to its price advantage and product advantages.
Hirudin has the following advantages:
First, the inhibition of thrombin by hirudin and hirudin does not require antithrombin Ⅲ(AT-ⅲ) as a cofactor, which makes its anticoagulant effect more consistent with the dose-effect relationship, and can be used in patients lacking antithrombin Ⅲ(such as diffuse intravascular coagulation).
Second, heparin does not inactivate the nodule and thrombin on the thrombus. Hirudin and hirudin inhibit thrombin both in circulation and in thrombus binding.
Third, heparin is bound to platelet factor 4(PTF4) released by activated platelets or glycoproteins rich in amino acids. Hirudin and hirudin are not affected by these factors.
Fourthly, hirudin and hirudin are used in antithrombotic therapy, with less bleeding side effects, and no allergic reaction and immunogenic non-toxic reaction.
